Anxious feelings is normal and we all experience it every day, but when the feeling get out of hand, it would cause the person in a state of extreme fear and panic, this is called panic attack. Panic attack may affect the person’s life and his surrounding people, the family and friends.

People who are dealing with anxiety and panic attacks are always advised by the doctors to exercise a lot. Exercising helps in reducing anxiety attacks. Anxiety or stress produces extra amounts of adrenaline and energy in the body, and can make the health condition even worse. Exercising regularly can diminish these levels and controls anxiety attacks from getting worse. It also keeps your mind focus on other things.

Keeping your mind busy is another effective way of dealing with anxiety and panic attacks immediately.
