Stop Panic Attacks Quickly

Are you tired of panic attacks?  Would you like to know how to stop them?  I used to wake up in the morning fearing that I might have another one as soon as I set foot out of bed.  My anxiety was out of control and I would sweat uncontrollably and my heart would race.  Was I having a heart attack?  I would even feel numb in my hands and feet.

Now, I am thankfully free from anxiety attacks.  These are a few things I used to eliminate panic attacks:

Breathing — Control your breathing and you will soon be able to control your panic attacks.  Controlled breath will help you start to turn down the dials on your panic attacks.  Controlling your breath is critical to controlling your panic attacks.  Using breathing you can calm yourself in as little as five minutes.  Negative thoughts begin to flood your mind during a panic attack.  Regain focus by taking slow breaths in through your nose and out your mouth.  Panic attacks tend to originate with breathing, so that’s where you must go to stop them.

Stretching — Stretching will relieve some of the stress that can build up to a panic attack.  Stretching can help your body relax.  The benefits will spill over into your mental attitude as well.  You will be more receptive and new things won’t stress you out so much.  Regular stretching will reduce a panic attack by [90%]ninety percent.  When you stretch, you will be more in tune with your body and you can regain control quickly when you feel a panic attack creeping in.

Gratitude — If you can just change your mental attitude, you’ll see that panic attacks can just stop on their own..  Begin each day by thinking about what you are thankful for in your life.  Even if it is something as simple as being thankful for being alive.  No matter what, there is always something to be happy about and grateful for.  This will begin to condition your brain to focusing on the brighter side of things.  When you have more upbeat thoughts, the panic attacks just seem to stop coming.
