Is fear keeping you from living the life you want? Did you know that there are powerful tools and techniques available for overcoming fear and living life free from fear? The Abraham-Hicks Technique is one of the most easy to use tools at your disposal. Let’s talk about how the Abraham-Hicks Technique lets you live your life free from fear.

If you’re looking for a simple yet powerful way to conquer fear, the Abraham-Hicks Technique is worth trying. It allows you to shift your mental state toward wherever you want it to be, even in cases where your subconscious mind is resisting the change.

To use this technique, you simply start wherever your thoughts are. If you are thinking fearful thoughts (for example, “I’m going to forget all the dates I memorized and fail this text!”) that’s ok. What you are going to do is consciously choose to think a slightly different, more positive thought. Continuing with the example, you might choose to think something like, “I would like to believe that I’m going to remember enough of the dates to pass this test.” While this is only a small step in the right direction, it is a step in the right direction. Every journey begins with a single step, and if you make enough of them, you’ll eventually reach your destination.

Repeat this thought to yourself over and over. After several repetitions, it should start to feel more natural and reasonable. And your fear level should drop just a bit. You’re ready to do it again, and consciously decide to think a slightly more positive thought, perhaps something like, “I’ve passed lots of tests in my life. I should be able to pass this one too!” You would spend several minutes repeating this thought, then keep repeating the process with slightly more positive thoughts until you get your mental state where you want it to be.

Perhaps the most important thing to remember when using this approach is that you must avoid trying to make large changes in your thought patterns in a single jump. If you try to make too large of a jump at one time, your subconscious will likely rebel. Your subconscious can accept one small change at a time. Large jumps will cause your subconscious to rebel.

While it can take a bit of time to get a significant effect, the Abraham-Hicks Technique is so easy to use that it is worth trying the next time you feel fearful. You may find, as many others have before you, that this technique changes your life.

The Abraham-Hicks Technique is just one of the many techniques you can use to cure fear and free your life. If you would like to learn more about how to apply this technique as well as learn about 21 more tools that can help you cure fear permanently, please go to http://BeFreeFromFear.com.
