Panic attacks are a fairly common problem in our society. These panic disorders can vary from fears and phobias to OCD and other neuroses.
Would you like to learn a couple tips for anxiety attacks that can help control and manage anxiety? Typical symptoms of a panic attack include a racing heart beat, sweaty palms, and heavy breathing. It’s not surprise that we feel like we’re in danger when we have panic attacks–these symptoms usually indicate danger in most situations.
Here is some advice you can follow to help control panic attacks or nervous breakdown symptoms:
First, Your Breathing — You’ll find that when you have a panic attack, you’re breathing is often very heavy. This could cause your blood stream to run low on CO2. When this happens, you’ll just start other symptoms of panic attacks in a vicious circle. Stop this by watching your breath. Long, deep breaths are key. Breathe out as much air as you can. Do this form of deep breathing and you can actually stop a panic attack from happening in the first place.
Second, Interruption — When you have a panic attack, you focus will narrow in on what caused the attack. You can start to pay attention to something else to but the brakes on your panic attack before it gets out of hand. It might seem cliche, but this is very effective. You might consider calling up a good friend to share a joke or laugh about old times. Or maybe you turn on the TV and watch a favorite show. Whatever it might be, just take your focus off the attack.
Thirdly, Understand Yourself — The best way to avoid panic attacks is to really understanding panic attacks. It might be public speaking, driving a car, socializing, or is it something entirely different. The trigger is just the fist layer you will go through to resolve the problem. You can find the core problem by unwrapping all the layers. You can prepare yourself better when you have an understanding of the core problem.
These three things can really help you move past panic attacks. Trust, me. I know this isn’t easy, but you can do it.
