3 Reasons To Deal With Anxiety Panic Attack Symptoms Naturally

After experiencing the horror of anxiety panic attack symptoms, victims are usually desperate to find anything at all that will help them deal with future panic attacks. Fortunately for them, they have a lot of options to choose from. Unfortunately for them, making that choice isn’t always easy.

 

There has always been a running debate as to which anxiety attack panic treatment is more effective: medication or natural cures for panic attacks. While quite a few opt to use a little bit of both, there are also those who won’t even touch medication, and others who place all their hopes on a few pills.

 

A lot of sufferers swear by a single method, and turn a blind eye to the other. And though I'm not a radical myself, I stand by my conviction that natural is the way to go. This is not a matter of preference; it’s more a question of effectiveness in dealing with anxiety panic attack symptoms. While medication has its merits, there are simply things it can’t do that natural cures for panic attacks are able to accomplish.

 

There are several reasons to tackle anxiety naturally. Here's why.

 

1. Meds just fall short.

 

You know the symptoms, right? Shortness of breath, palpitations, perspiration, dizziness, trembling, detachment from reality, the fear of going crazy and of dying; just a few among others. Countless sufferers see medication as a godsend because the panic attacks come less frequently, limiting the time of experiencing the symptoms. And this comes with a healthy dose of relaxation to boot.

 

These people are so elated by the fact that their panic attacks don’t come as often that they fail to realize that they still come. Medication is effective in that it provides temporary relief and some breathing room between attacks, but it alone can't do away with anxiety since it only operates on the superficial level. It doesn’t reach for the heart of the problem and rip out the fear that those anxiety panic attack symptoms brought.

 

2. You can fight back.

 

 

One the great things about the natural method for coping is that you’re not a sitting duck when panic does attack. With meds, the attacks drop in number, but what happens when one gets through? Do you just spasm in horror and pray that this is not your last day on earth?

 

If you choose to rely on natural methods to cope with these attacks, you’ll be better equipped to deal with them. While meds reduce the number of attacks, natural coping techniques reduce the horror of going through them by giving you the necessary tools to combat them. In time, these attacks will lose their edge, and eventually leave you alone.

 

3. The effects will remain for a while.

 

The effects of medication last only as long as you continue to take it. When you run out of medication you are back where you started. But natural cures foranxiety attacks place you well on your way to getting rid of these attacks entirely, and grant you the experience to fend them off for life.

 

Like I said earlier, I’m not the type to stand by one anxiety attack panic treatment and readily dismiss the other. Medication does have its merits. But I’d rather look forward to the future than dwell on the present, and if the natural approach to curing panic attacks offers a life free from the fear of anxiety panic attack symptoms, then I’m sticking to it.
